Young Professional Award Entry Criteria

The young professional award shines a spotlight on the rising stars of decarbonisation.  The award winner may be a young employee or a recent joiner under the age of 35.  Organisations can nominate an individual who has consistently made an outstanding contribution to their team and the wider industry. 

 

Entry criteria:

 

• Name, role and organisation of nominee 

• Career history 

• Testimonials and references 

• Training undertaker 

• Professional achievements

• Full length head-to-toe portrait image of the individual

The judges will be looking for the following: 

 

• Examples of the nominee doing the extra things that makes for an outstanding performance 

• Evidence of consistent application of best practice 

• Testimonials illustrating a high level of regard amongst fellow employees 

• Details of training 

• Membership of professional bodies and undertaking special initiatives 

• Seeking to implement positive change
