The Best Transport Decarbonisation Team Entry Criteria

The Best Transport Decarbonisation Team / Organisation Award recognises the excellent work of any local authorities, third sector or private sector organisations in their endeavours to reduce transport related carbon.  

 

Entry criteria 

 

• Name of team manager 

• Names of team members and job titles 

• Definition of the team’s achievements 

• Details of any training or success obtained 

• Recognition of the team’s achievements and accolades (testimonials, press coverage, resident / customer praise) 

 

The judges will be looking for evidence of:

 

• Team leadership and outstanding contribution in reducing carbon 

• A commitment to team building and staff development 

• Consistent application of good practice 

• Going above and beyond to lock in positive change 

• Excellence in sharing good practice to other teams and organisations 

 

Please also supply 

 

• Photo of the team (group and individual photos) 

• Feedback and testimonials (external and internal) 

• Press cutting and links to websites 

• Details of any other awards, accolades or otherwise
