


Best Behaviour Change & Public Engagement Award Entry Criteria
The Best Behaviour Change & Public Engagement award will recognise the achievements by a council and / or provider in driving a positive behaviour change campaign that has made significant impacts on reducing carbon. Nominees can also enter public engagement initiatives that have also achieved similar such as car free days, reducing work commute carbon and promotion of ride-sharing, influencing residents to use sustainable modes, car scrappage schemes and lots more.
Entry criteria:

Summary of the project including pre and post data and carbon impacts

Testimonials and references

Short description of the carbon benefits and any supporting data
The judges will be looking for the following:

Clear evidence that the scheme has made a positive impact

Innovations and methods that can be applied in different locations across the UK

The judges are also looking for evidence of the carbon impacts, with any pre and post project appraisal data that demonstrate carbon savings

Additionally, judges will be looking for applications which not only support carbon reduction, but which also provide sustainability benefits to the local community and the local authority
